Perforated Ceiling Tiles 600 x 600 mm

Perforated ceiling tiles are available in a variety of standard hole patterns, which can achieve up to 0.85 NRC values. Hole sizes range from 5mm – 10mm diameter and 16mm or 32mm pitch. We can also create customized perforated acoustic ceiling tiles to meet any project requirements and can route to custom sizes and provide different edge details. They are often used in hotels, hotel, home theater, prisons, broadcasting studios, gymnasium and multifunctional rooms, music rooms, restaurants and nightclubs, training rooms, and so on.

The structure of perforated ceiling tiles is simple. The substrate is MDF, with melamine or veneer on both sides and the veneers can be painted. Then after perforations are done, acoustic fleece are attached to the back of the panel.

Data sheets of perforated ceiling panels are available for some standard patterns showing open area and NRC values. If required, we can also offer acoustic wool to help increase acoustic performance. There is a layer of acoustic fleece glued on our perforated ceiling tile which could help to prevent degraded acoustical wool and dust from going down.

Prior to manufacture, the panel drawings of perforated acoustic ceiling is allowed to be checked. We recommends you work with acoustic engineers when specifying the acoustic requirements of the project.
