Wood Acoustic Grooved Panels 2440 x 128 mm

Acoustic grooved panels can be used as both sound absorption and decoration panel with perforations on both sides and grooves on face side. The substrate thickness can be 12, 15, and 18mm. There are many standard options available with MDF tongue and groove panelling edge details. Acoustic multi grooves wood paneling can also be customized so talk to us for other options. It is available in a 2440x128mm standard size, but the panel size can fully fit any space after installation.

There are three basic substrates available, normal MDF, E1 eco-friendly MDF and frame retardant MDF. For more information on these substrates, please contact us. The acoustic grooved panel is prefinished to save time and costs onsite. The wooden grooved acoustic panel can be easily installed with clips or stapling to wood battens. For stapling, you can use just nail guns which is simple and cost-effective.

Melamine

Melamine laminated wood grain is our recommended finish for grooved acoustic panel as it look like natural wood but cheap and has no color variations.

Real wood veneer

We offers a variety of natural wood veneers for acoustic grooved panels. The real wood veneer brings natural and organic warmth to space, but because it is an organic material, even in the same batch, the color variation is also inherent in solid veneer. In some applications, this is very much needed as it’s also evidence of natural. However, for some designs, the architect may wish to minimize the color variation. In that case, real wood veneer is not recommended.

Species, grain, cutting and finish can affect the perception of real wood veneer changes. When communicating your project with us, make sure to clarify the color expectations.
